Training Frequency:
3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday)
2 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
5 days a week (Monday through Friday)

Each team has their own colors and team name.Points are awarded monthly based on total pounds lost and
prizes are awarded to each team every 90 days. (calendar days)
